I arrived back in Cork just in time to celebrate the new year with my friends! We decided that going out would be a bit too crazy, so instead we had a fairly quiet house party and it was perfect :)

There was even an assortment of food :)
Julio popped in and out of the party. At this point he was enjoying some down time in Gearóid's pocket.
Caroline, Melanie, Eva-Maria (Melanie's friend from Vienna who was visiting for a week), and Sarah.
Sarah had also recently arrived back from the States so we were both a bit jet lagged at this party.

A few people rung in the new year with red vines imported from the States.
And some of us had traditional Viennese Glücksfischi.

And then we crashed.
Not the most exciting celebration I've ever had, but it was awesome!
